The staff were very attentive. The managers were amazing, some speaks English so we had no issue communicating! Big breakfast, my favourite part of the stay.

We loved the stay. The breakfast overall was plentiful and delicious, the pool area clean and well maintained. The beach was great, it was actually the public beach, but wasn't crowded. The room was clean and had a great view. My family absolute loved it. I also got to enjoy spa treatment, shoutouts to Rita, she was amazing

There are just some minor issues I want to highlight:The coffee in the breakfast restaurant didn't taste good, luckily there are plenties of other beveragesOur room was a bit dated, I think it requires some kind of maintenance touch upThey provide Nescafe and milk powdered milk, it would be great to provide better coffee (drip coffee bags) or at least milk capsules

The hotel in total is just great, even it’s not new, but very clean and comfy. Breakfast is very good and variable, lots of attention for children. Beach is few steps to go. We were really helped by the hotel staff, especially Azat, who made our stay so pleasant.

Some rooms don’t look new, some sockets were broken.

The breakfast buffet is nice and the whole family could find their own favourites.

Hair dryer is old style. The shower could not be turned to other angle.

The rooms were spacious and beds were comfy especially the sea view ones

The so-called ‘private beach’ it was gated from the beach so you would have to walk around to get into the sea but adding to this it was a rocky beach! Location is quite far out if you didn’t hire a car - maybe a little inconvenient

around 35 mins ride from airport. 5mins ride to shopping center where u can get a variety of food choice and souvenir. Restaurants within hotels are all good. Buffet dinner was good deal with live music by the sea but only happen on friday and saturday. Another restaurant named Meditarranean was good too. Without leaving the hotel, you will be able to try all famous local food in high quality. Beach was right outside hotel. If you snorkel, you see treasure everywhere. If you don't, you still enjoy marine creatures by the shore. Rooms were nice. Spacious and clean. Waiter named Alan/Alex was helpful and nice. Breakfast buffet was perfect with huge variety of food. No other hotels can provide better breakfast than this hotel.

among 3 swimming pools, 1 was quite chaotic with kids foam party and renting rowing boats, the other one was for club members only. So bascially, if you want to enjoy swimming, you only have one choice left which is not quite impressive. We enjoyed the beach more.

This is one of beatiful place in Hainan island. We were inspired in real, restful beach, wonderul palme around and unforgottable see. Concerning breakfast, you find there any dishes of your hear wishes. The servise staff try to do the best for you. I will advice this place for enjoing.

There is some shorcomings, but it dont let pay attention on it. Simple, theres some obstackles with communcations, cause chinees people dont understand English not many of them.

The rooms had poor soundproofing - Could hear white noises from other rooms, noise from toilet bowl, and murmurs from neighbour’s conversation. Otherwise, the hotel itself is quite okay.

Staff were wonderful. Facilities and food excellent.

No sunbeds at all, beach is full of stones, so don't expect much in terms of a beach holiday

The location is amazing and the view from our room was awesome.

I didn’t appreciate the extra long wait for our room, nor did I really like the almost wholesale lack of English.

Offered a free upgrade on booking.com but did not materialise Dinner was locked into set menus as opposed to a choice

the rooms and the views, I love how the staff greeted me every time we passed. Also the food in the Mediteraneo restaurant was great. I enjoyed eating there the quality of food was good. Everything we needed was right there. I didn't want to leave.

If there were more English speaking staff that would be great. I often would call the receptionist and have issues communicating. Also the massage deal was only in Mandarin and Russian there was no English. There was also an issue with the shower overflowing. I asked the staff to send someone up he fixed and he did but they left the water on the floor and did not clean in when I came back.

Hard to communicate with all staff members due to language barrier. Issues could have been anticipated, preventing us from needing to ask for help

Very nice hotel for European customers:- English speaking employees- not all but some of them,- nice swimming pool,- western food,- kids friendly,- very big garden.

- no private beach. Nevertheless beach not crowded and nice swims in the ocean.

The Front desk staff is very helpful especially Henson and Hector . All other staffs are friendly and helpful too .

If connecting rooms had been preserved for us would be perfect.suggest put some beach chair for hotel guests

The rooms were nice. It was a beautiful place.

Waaaaaaaay overpriced for what you get. The Food service staff are awful. Room service is 2 hour wait for a bottle of wine and the restaurants took minimum 10 min to get me a bottled beer. Tried going outside the hotel for food and there are options for Chinese food and supermarket beer which we went with but I could’ve done that with a crappy hostel. To be clear it’s a beautiful room but you can get a good room at other places. Shop around before going here.
